Has anyone ever heard any rumors or stories from locals about old UFO sightings around the Poplar River area around the time of the crash? I've read some past cases where mysterious disappearances and weird phenomena were explained with UFO activity. I’m definitely not saying that’s what happened with Nathen and his fellow passengers, but it makes me curious. Also, the lack of wreckage found except for the pilot’s body makes me think it's possible there was something strange going on. I wonder if there are any local legends or stories from the people living there at the time. Anyone else ever look into this angle? Would love to hear more theories or insights you all might have!
