Does anyone else find it strange that there’s such a long gap between when Gerald went missing and when he was reported? Over a year is a long time! I can’t help but wonder what was happening during that time. Was the delay because those close to him knew something more than they let on, or were they convinced he’d come back on his own because it was uncharacteristic for him to stay away? It makes me curious if more people knew about what happened that night in May 2002 and just didn’t come forward. The timeline just doesn't add up for me, and I think the period between his disappearance and being reported missing holds more mysteries than we realize. Thoughts?
