Was anyone else intrigued by the timing of Ray's bike discovery in September 2002? It seems unusual, given the main search efforts were so focused immediately after his disappearance in April. Finding the bike months later is odd, not far from the initial search area. Could it have been planted there, or perhaps missed in the initial search? It just makes me wonder if someone intentionally left it there, hoping it would be found—or if it had simply been overlooked. The location might hold more clues. Also, I’m curious if there were any weather factors (heavy rains, etc.) that might have caused it to resurface or become more visible at that time. Thoughts?
