I've been following Ann Elizabeth Lazarus-Victor’s case since I first heard about it back in 2017, and one detail that's always puzzled me is the location where her car was found. It was near the water intakes for the New York State Power Authority. I've been researching that area, and from what I can gather, it's a pretty secluded spot with limited foot traffic.
What I can’t wrap my head around is why her car was left there. If this were an area known for something specific—like hiking trails or a popular scenic spot—it might make more sense, but it's not. Was this location a random choice, or did she or someone else deliberately select it for a reason we haven't uncovered yet? The fact that there aren't any surveillance cameras or witnesses in that area complicates things even further.
With the lack of new evidence, it seems like this piece of the puzzle might be crucial in figuring out more about her disappearance. Anyone else have thoughts on why her car might've ended up there?
