Peter Elsid Limberis was 26 when he was last seen on July 20, 2005, leaving Trail, British Columbia, reportedly bound for Gull Lake, Saskatchewan. He was driving a white 2003 Saturn Vue with Saskatchewan plate 850ENA and had packed his belongings. His white and brown smooth-haired Fox Terrier Pedro was with him.

Peter was described as 5 feet 10 inches, 170 pounds, with short brown hair, green eyes and a tattoo of a jailhouse noose on his upper left arm. He was known by the nicknames Styles, Pistol Pete and Pedro Lambert, had moved to Trail less than a year earlier, and bought a house on Daniel Street. Family contact stopped after his departure and his mother reported him missing a little over a month later.

The Trail District RCMP investigated but uncovered few leads or evidence. Although there is no direct proof of foul play, investigators consider it a strong possibility given how he seemingly vanished with his packed vehicle and dog, and the subsequent four years of silence made hiding seem unlikely. Anyone who knew Peter, saw that Saturn Vue after July 20, 2005, or has information is asked to come forward?
