Has anyone else been struck by the odd timing of Deanne leaving her friend’s house on Nov 28th? I keep thinking about that last conversation outside the liquor store. I wonder if there was something more in her friend’s expression or tone that could give us clues. It’s noted as ordinary, but sometimes subtle gestures reveal more than words. Also, it's strange that she planned to meet the next day but didn’t even take her essentials. Could there be more to that interaction that wasn't initially seen as significant? Maybe someone with greater expertise in conversational analysis could shed some light on this. Even the smallest detail might finally bring us closer to understanding what went wrong that day.
