Hey all, I’ve been diving back into Devon Brock Moldowan’s case from 2009 and couldn’t stop thinking about those reported sightings. There's something about the one from 2012 in Regina that’s been haunting me. Although it was unconfirmed, it seems so out of the blue, right? It makes you wonder if he might've been trying to start fresh somewhere else or if something else was going on entirely. It’s frustrating that none of these sightings have been verified. Does anyone have experience or insight into how these kinds of sightings get followed up on by law enforcement? Are there protocols, or is it all up to chance and resources? I’d love to hear thoughts or any similar cases where unconfirmed sightings eventually led somewhere.
