Has anyone else noticed how quiet the neighborhood seemed on that day, according to old newspapers? I did some digging and found an article in a local paper from early October 1984. There's a mention of neighbors who described that morning as unusual, even for a routine Saturday. It was noted as a serene day, with fewer people out and about than usual. The strange part is that nobody seems to recall witnessing anything out of the ordinary when Rodolf Scoulde left for his errand. It makes me wonder if there’s a reason for the community’s subdued atmosphere that day. Could it be related, or is it just an eerie coincidence? Would love to hear if anyone else found similar accounts or if it rings any bells with local residents from that time.
