Has anyone else noticed the oddities surrounding the properties where these seniors disappeared from? I was doing a bit of digging, and it turns out that when the properties changed hands, they were sold at way below market value. Something about the whole transaction just screams that there's more to the story. I mean, why would a property sell for such a low price unless there were issues beyond what we know? It makes me wonder if the new owners uncovered something or if they were warned to keep quiet about what they might find. Additionally, what's baffling is how these cases slipped under the radar for so long. The very fact that these were retirement homes should have meant a higher level of scrutiny and oversight. It's like they were perfectly disguised as safe places, while the undercurrents were anything but. I’d be interested to hear if anyone else has looked into the financial records or property transactions from that time. Might be a wild goose chase, but sometimes the paper trails reveal more than one might expect.
