Has anyone else been following the case of Ramona Jean Shular? I've been thinking a lot about her distinctive tattoos and how they could potentially help identify her if she were to resurface or if there's any trace of her out there. Specifically, the one with "Roxy Mona" on her left ankle—it seems like such a personal piece that someone might remember seeing it. If her disappearance was indeed connected to the drug debt she mentioned, and considering all the detailed marks on her body, it's likely that someone knows or has seen something over the years. I wonder if the police have ever looked into tattoo artists or parlors in the area? Maybe someone there might have some recollection or even photos? Would love to hear if anyone has ideas or insights on this angle.
