I recently came across a detail in Billy Leonard Taylor's case that has me pondering—I wonder if anyone else has looked into the weather conditions on the night he disappeared. I checked historical data, and there was heavy rain reported in the St. Norbert area on October 4th, 1996. It's a small detail, but given he left the facility without any plans, the rain could have impacted where he went or how far he could travel. If he was planning to hitchhike or walk, the weather might've pushed him to seek shelter quickly.
Also, has anyone looked into other sightings around places where he might have sought refuge from bad weather? Sometimes, the smallest details help connect the dots, especially in cases that have gone cold. If anyone in the community has local knowledge or can suggest places where someone could have hidden from a storm, that might be a good start. Thoughts?
