Just found something intriguing while looking into Cuong’s case. Has anyone else heard about the sightings of a black truck similar to Cuong's moving through some of the smaller towns west of Edmonton around the time he disappeared? I saw a few mentions in older news articles but nothing substantial. I wonder if someone out there might have witnessed something or if there are security cameras that caught a glimpse. It could be nothing, but sometimes even the smallest lead can point investigators in the right direction. Thoughts?
