A late-night shooting on the 400 block of Daniel Street in LaGrange, Georgia, left 33-year-old Tabious Frazier dead on November 4, 2023. Police responded just before 1:00 a.m. after reports of shots fired and found Frazier with at least one gunshot wound to his shoulder; he was taken to Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center and later died. Two women were also struck—one with a shoulder wound and another grazed by a bullet.
Three people were arrested in connection with the shooting. On the night of the incident, 32-year-old Jacorious Jamar Thomas was taken into custody. Two days later, 23-year-old Traveious Kindrez Rosser was arrested, and on November 18 a 17-year-old, Jaylin Gates, was also arrested. All three face felony murder charges in Frazier’s death. Authorities have not released a motive and the investigation is ongoing.
Frazier, known to family as TJ or BackDoe Joe, worked at Hyundai Transys Seating and was remembered for his soft, humble spirit, love of fashion, grilling, and children. If anyone has information about the shooting or knew Tabious, please share what you can with investigators.
