I’ve been reading through Terrance Lockett’s case and something that really stands out to me is how his past legal issues are coming up in every article. While it’s important for the public to have a full picture, it seems like this aspect is overshadowing the main focus, which should be on figuring out what happened in his final hours. It’s tragic, regardless of his past, that his life ended this way. It also makes me wonder if anyone who knew him personally could shed light on why he was on that bike path or who he might have been with earlier. Someone out there might have more information to help piece together his story. I hope people remember him as more than just his record.
