On a Sunday afternoon in Lexington, Kentucky, a car was found stopped in the middle of Kenton Street with two men inside suffering from gunshot wounds to the head. The driver was screaming for help and neighbors called police. The victims were identified as 29-year-old Jerry Waugh and 27-year-old Jerrod Vice; both were taken to the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital.

Jerry Waugh, a father to a son and twin daughters, died of his injuries and was pronounced dead at 2 a.m. on Monday, September 20, 2010. Police treated the shooting as a homicide and believed the two men had been shot elsewhere before driving to Kenton Street. Vice survived and told police the shooter had entered the car after arranging a drug sale and immediately opened fire.

Four days after the shooting, police arrested 29-year-old Darnell Eugene Farrier and charged him in connection with the case. Does anyone have additional information about Waugh, where he spent his time, or what led to that meeting on Kenton Street?
