Fifteen-year-old Brennan Davis was found dead and burning in the Jackson Bay area near Fort Gibson Lake on a Wednesday in January 2017. Residents nearby reported hearing gunshots before the body was discovered. The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office responded, and the state medical examiner identified Brennan by dental records. An autopsy showed he had been shot multiple times.
Investigators focused on two men, Joshua Harrington and Kody Thompson, after learning Brennan had reportedly overheard them discussing a planned robbery. Authorities say the motive was to silence him. An initial arrest was made on obstruction of justice before both Harrington and Thompson were later arrested in connection with the killing. In June 2018, Joshua Harrington pleaded guilty just before his trial was set to begin.
Did anyone in the Fort Gibson Lake area in January 2017 see or hear anything that could help clarify what happened to Brennan?
