Perry Lee Webb, 28, a lifelong resident of the Forest community in Scott County, Mississippi, was shot and killed on Thursday, April 22, 2021. The incident occurred along Highway 21 just north of the city limits after a dispute over a lawnmower engine and about $20 tied to scrap work.
Webb, described as someone who enjoyed mechanics, fishing and country music, was taken to his residence but died there the same day. The Scott County Sheriff’s Department investigated and arrested Knowles; jail records show he was held without bond on a murder charge as the legal process began. Is there anyone who knew Perry or who has information about the events along Highway 21 that day?
