I reported to the Surry County sheriff back in August that my stepfather murdered his cousin Poncho (Lowell). I guess they didn’t believe me because he’s still listed as missing. Supposedly Anne’s boyfriend, James Borg, was living with her in a rented house at the time of her disappearance. There was 12 domestic calls made the month of her disappearance.
