In the early morning hours of Monday, October 25, 2021, the body of 49-year-old Kelly Terrell Collier was discovered in the Mark Twain neighborhood of St. Louis. Collier, a male who police identified as homeless, was found just inside the entrance of an apartment building located in the 4900 block of Rosalie Street. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
