In the early morning hours of September 11, 2021, a domestic dispute in Wellston, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri, ended in the tragic death of 30-year-old Arion Jimmelle Burse Sr. The incident unfolded around 3:50 a.m. at a residence in the 6200 block of Chatham Avenue.
