In the late hours of a Tuesday night in St. Louis, tragedy struck in the Hyde Park neighborhood. On January 5, 2021, police were called to the 4200 block of North 21st Street to investigate a shooting. Upon their arrival at approximately 11:40 p.m., they discovered a car riddled with bullet holes. Inside the vehicle was 28-year-old Amari Randall-Brown, a male who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
