On July 12, 2020, 22-year-old Black male Darrion Glover was fatally shot in the North Pointe neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. A school bus driver by trade and a father to a young son, Glover was described by loved ones as an outgoing and family-oriented individual who was deeply involved in sports and always willing to help others. He was known affectionately by the nickname 'Blockhead' and was engaged to be married at the time of his death.
