Darren E. Marshall, a 28-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 1, 2020. The incident occurred near 27th Street and Chestnut Avenue, where police responded to reports of gunfire around 7:15 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Marshall deceased at the scene.
