In the early hours of April 13, 2022, the life of 37-year-old Keith Gorham, a Black male, was tragically cut short in a shooting in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred around 3:15 a.m. at a residence near East 38th Street and Wabash Avenue where a house party was taking place. Officers who were nearby investigating a non-injury car crash heard the sound of gunfire and responded to the home.
