In the early morning hours of Sunday, June 7, 2020, 39-year-old Edward Deshawn Dixon was found fatally injured in the Tower Grove East neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a call at approximately 3:30 a.m. regarding a person down in the 3100 block of Utah Street.
