Stacey Reymond Witherspoon, a 47-year-old man, was fatally shot in south Kansas City on March 13, 2020. On that evening, police were called to the area of 71 Highway and Red Bridge Road where they discovered Witherspoon deceased outside a vehicle. He had been driving with three other people in the car when the shooting occurred.
