Jessie Garcia, a 47-year-old resident of San Diego, was tragically killed on June 7, 2020, in Irvine, California. The incident occurred on the southbound Interstate 5 freeway, where Garcia was fatally shot while traveling in a rental car. The suspect, Vincent Dulay Deguzman Jr., 39, was identified as the perpetrator. Deguzman, who was driving the vehicle, allegedly shot Garcia and then abandoned the car on the shoulder of the freeway near the Culver Drive on-ramp. The vehicle, a Kia Altima, was ...
