In the winter of 2019, the life of 60-year-old Irving Perkins, a male resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Sunday, December 15th, police were dispatched to a residence in the 3900 block of Bellefontaine Avenue following reports of a shooting.
