On a Saturday morning, October 12, 2019, Oscar Molina, a 42-year-old male, was at the Jubilee Market gas station at East 24th Street and Hardesty Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri, simply trying to refuel his vehicle. His life was abruptly cut short when he was fatally shot while still inside his car.
