In the summer of 2019, the life of 26-year-old Norobert Cashaw was tragically cut short in the Penrose neighborhood of north St. Louis. On July 20th, he was discovered deceased in an alley located on the 4800 block of Kossuth. The cause of his death was determined to be multiple gunshot wounds.
