On February 5, 2016, 31-year-old Corey Wayne Kesner lost his life following a violent incident in Springfield, Missouri. The shooting occurred outside of Skybox Too, a lounge located in a strip mall on South Glenstone Avenue. Police officers were dispatched to the scene after reports of gunfire, where they discovered Kesner suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries, marking a tragic end for the young father and welder.
