On October 14, 2014, the stillness of O'Fallon Park in North St. Louis, Missouri, was shattered by the discovery of a violent crime scene. District Six officers were dispatched to the area following reports of a shooting, arriving to find a silver BMW parked within the grounds. Inside the vehicle, they discovered 23-year-old African American male Justin L. Houston alongside another victim, 24-year-old Morrion Lee.
