In the warm summer evening of July 3rd, 2014, in Saint-Louis, Missouri, the life of 28-year-old Jacquess Scott, a male, was tragically cut short. Just before midnight, at approximately 11:50 PM, police responded to a call of a shooting in the vicinity of King and Monarch.
