Tequila Brandy Sandford, a 26-year-old woman from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on December 27, 2012. She was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head on the 6600 block of Oakland Avenue in the Dogtown neighborhood of St. Louis.
