On June 2, 2008, White male Tony LaChance, aged 17, was tragically killed in Lemay, a community within St. Louis County, Missouri. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, approximately around 2:15 a.m., while the teenager was walking along the 400 block of Hoffmeister Avenue.
