In the early morning hours of November 9, 2022, the life of 19-year-old Willians Anderson Alberto Cruz was tragically cut short in a wooded area in Silver Spring, Maryland. Just before 4 a.m., Montgomery County Police responded to reports of gunfire in the 100 block of Colony Road in Piney Branch.
