In the early afternoon of a Saturday in Baltimore, the sound of gunfire shattered the autumn quiet on North Potomac Street. On November 5, 2022, patrol officers from the Eastern District responded to a report of a shooting in the 1400 block of the residential street. Upon their arrival at approximately 12:50 p.m., they discovered a young man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was identified as 20-year-old TyJuan Redd.
