In the evening hours of October 15, 2022, a violent encounter on a Baltimore street cut short the life of 53-year-old Santos Munoz-Hernandez, a Hispanic male. The incident unfolded in the 2600 block of Wilkens Avenue shortly before 8 p.m. It was there that Munoz-Hernandez was shot.
