In the pre-dawn hours of a Sunday morning, the quiet of a Temple Hills, Maryland, neighborhood was broken by the sound of gunfire. On August 14, 2022, at approximately 3:00 a.m., patrol officers from the Prince George's County Police Department were dispatched to the 2600 block of Colebrook Drive following a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a man outside, suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was identified as 29-year-old Anton Meachum of Temple Hills.
