In the summer of 2022, a promising young life was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. Terrontae Stancil, a 19-year-old male, became another victim of the city's ongoing gun violence. On the afternoon of July 2nd, at approximately 3:23 p.m., the sound of gunfire erupted in the 600 block of West Mosher Street.
