In the brisk autumn air of November 3, 2016, a violent encounter on a Baltimore street would ultimately claim the life of Antonio Madeam, a 34-year-old Black / African American male. Responding to a call, police found Madeam in the 1800 block of Ruxton Avenue suffering from two gunshot wounds to his head and another to his shoulder.
