In the winter of 2022, the life of 17-year-old Keye'shawn Wilson was tragically cut short on a Tuesday afternoon in northwest Baltimore. On January 11th, at approximately 2:46 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 3900 block of West Belvedere Avenue.
