In the winter of 2021, a life was tragically cut short in a Capitol Heights, Maryland apartment. On the afternoon of December 7th, police responded to a call for a shooting in the 6600 block of Ronald Road. Inside, they discovered 42-year-old Francis Bwaku, a male resident of Capitol Heights, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
