On September 4, 2021, a violent Saturday in East Baltimore turned fatal when officers came upon a shooting scene in the 2500 block of Biddle Street. Terrence Broughton, a 49-year-old Black man, was found suffering from gunshot wounds and was rushed to a local hospital, where he later died.
