In the early morning hours of July 14, 2021, the life of 27-year-old Jose Vazquez-Cruz was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. A Hispanic male, Vazquez-Cruz was discovered at approximately 5:34 a.m. in the 400 block of North Ellwood Avenue. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
