In the spring of 2014, William Douglass Treadwell, a 42-year-old male, tragically lost his life on the evening of April 17th in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Wolfe Street, located in the Broadway East neighborhood of East Baltimore. Treadwell was in the vicinity of Wolfe Liquors, near the intersection of East Lanvale and Wolfe streets, when the fatal event unfolded.
