In the early hours of a summer morning in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of Enrico Joshua Devonta Jones, a 27-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short. On July 2, 2021, at approximately 1:12 a.m., violence erupted in the 1800 block of Dover Street in the southern part of the city, resulting in a double fatal shooting.
