In the early morning hours of August 16, 2020, the life of Thurman Gilliam was tragically cut short. The 24-year-old Black male was found shot to death at approximately 4:49 a.m. in the 4900 block of Goodnow Road in Northeast Baltimore. When police and paramedics arrived at the scene, they discovered Mr. Gilliam had sustained fatal gunshot wounds and he was pronounced dead at the location.
