In the late hours of June 9, 2021, the life of 20-year-old Jarmil Christopher Stewart was tragically cut short in Edgewood, Maryland. Deputies from the Harford County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 11:47 p.m. in the 6200 block of Edgewood Road. Upon their arrival, they discovered Stewart lying in the grass, suffering from a gunshot wound to his lower body.
