In the early hours of March 13, 2021, violence erupted in the 1400 block of West Saratoga Street in West Baltimore, forever altering the course of a young man's life. Lewis Wright III, a 32-year-old Black male, was found suffering from gunshot wounds at approximately 1:45 AM. Emergency responders swiftly transported him to an area hospital for medical attention. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, Wright succumbed to his injuries two days later, on March 15, 2021.
